Program Studi Teknik Sipil di Politeknik Negeri Balikpapan dirancang untuk menghasilkan tenaga ahli yang kompeten dalam bidang perencanaan, konstruksi, dan pengelolaan infrastruktur. Program ini memadukan teori dasar teknik sipil dengan praktik lapangan yang aplikatif, sesuai dengan kebutuhan industri modern dan perkembangan teknologi.Program Studi Teknik Sipil bertujuan menghasilkan lulusan yang kompeten dalam perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengawasan, dan pengelolaan infrastruktur sipil.
